HOW WILL I KNOW THAT THE RESTAURANT HAS RECEIVED MY ORDER?
When you place your order online you will get a confirmation letter that the order has been successfully placed. This means that the restaurant has received your order. Should you wish to query anything regarding your order thereafter, the phone number of the restaurant is provided on 'Stores' page.

CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND THEN COLLECT MY ORDER DIRECT FROM THE RESTAURANT?
You can choose to place a “Carryout” order when placing your pizza order.

WHY I CAN NOT ORDER FROM ANY RESTAURANT OF MY CHOICE?
In order to live up to our high standards and ensure you receive the hottest and freshest pizzas, each restaurant has a specified delivery area. For the purposes of online ordering, should you fall outside of the specified area, you will not be able to place your order online at this restaurant. Should you wish to do so, you can contact the restaurant directly to ascertain if they are able to deliver to your address.

CAN I VIEW THE MENU WITHOUT LOGGING-IN AND CREATING A PASSWORD?
Yes. Select your city using the city locator. Click on "Menu". Select your dine-type. You can then view the menu as a guest, without registering or using a password.

WHY DO I HAVE TO LOCATE BY CITY TO VIEW THE MENU?
Menus vary by city. In order to provide you with the most detailed information possible, including prices, we ask you to first locate and select the city you wish to order from. You do not have to complete the order, you can stop just at the menu.

WHY AM I UNABLE TO MAKE ORDER ONLINE BUT ABLE TO ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
There are two possibilities:
1) When you call on the phone, restaurants sometimes use their discretion to expand their formal delivery areas. When you order online, the restaurant doesn't have this opportunity.
2) There is a website mistake.
If you would like us to investigate, please submit a comment with problem description on "Customer Service" page. You must include your full address and the full address of the restaurant from which you are attempting to order.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH ONLINE ORDERING?
Payment options vary by restaurant. All options for a particular restaurant are presented to the customer on the restaurant screen. To view this info, go to 'Stores' page and select restaurant from which You would like to make order.

HOW DOES THE RE-ORDER FUNCTION WORK?
The re-order function allows you to quickly repeat your previous orders. These functions are available only when you are logged into the system. To use this function, go to "Your account" page and then open "Order History" section. You can now see all your previous orders. Click "Re-Order" button and order items would be copied to order list.

MAY I ORDER PIZZA FOR TOMORROW?
Yes, you may order pizza for a certain date and time. If you would like to make an order for the future, you have to enter required date and time while editing order information on checkout screen in "Shipping time and comments” section field. Choose „Tomorrow” to select delivery time or „Future ordering” to choose date and time you need. All orders are cooked asap by default.

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password or simply want to change it, go main screen and press "Login/Create Account". Next, click on "Forgot Your Password" below the log-in fields. You will then land on the recover password page. Enter your email and click send. This will send an email to the address you entered and that email will include a link to reset your password. Be sure to check your junk mail filter. Passwords are not recoverable, they can only be reset; neither the restaurants nor Papa John's Pizza have access to your password information.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE SYSTEM DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY E-MAIL ADDRESS?
When the system doesn't recognize your email address, this may be due to one of the following:
1) We completed a major upgrade to the site and were not able to move your account over due to technical limitations.
2) You previously ordered from a different Round Table restaurant and do not have an account with the current store. In this case, create a new account. 
If the system does not recognize your address and it does not allow you to create a new account, submit a comment on "Customer Service" page with description of problem and email account you are using. We'll then investigate and get back to you as quickly as we can.

HOW LONG DOES PIZZA LAST?
Shelf life of fresh baked pizza is 24 hours at +2˚С to +4˚С temperature.
Shelf life of fresh baked pizza is 12 hours at +10˚С to +25˚С temperature.
Shelf life of fresh baked pizza is 3 hours at +50˚С temperature.
